UDI: The voice of the commercial real estate industry

Founded in 1987, the Urban Development Institute of Quebec (UDI) is an independent, non-profit organization. Its members are property managers, owners and promoters; investors and lenders; and professionals in related fields, e.g. lawyers, architects, urban developers and service companies.

UDI is dedicated to the advancement of the commercial real estate industry and sustainable urban development in Quebec. It defends the interests of industry members.
The commercial real estate industry contributes $15.1 billion to Quebec’s GDP annually. It generates upward of $12 billion in economic benefits, and its activities support more than 100,000 jobs. Moreover, it brings in $6.7 billion in tax revenue for the various governments.
